FAQs

-What will we be doing? We’ll get you warmed up at the meeting spot, we’ll go for a gentle jog around the park. Then we’ll do some fun agility bits and pieces back at the meeting spot and head off for a coffee together. Lovely jubbly.

-What should I wear? Just your usual gym/running gear, make sure you’re comfortable!

-Do I need to bring anything? Just bring yourself, some water, and some money if you’d like a coffee afterwards!

-Do I have to pay? No payment required, this is a free event!

-Can anyone come to the run club? Anyone can come to the run club, but please do RSVP so we have numbers
